Testimonials

"Dear Lauree,

Thank you for your kindness and generosity in your second shipment. Not every company would resend a product to a customer that didn't recieve it due to USPS error. I recieved my package today and I am very excited to get back to piping. I look forward to and have every intention on purchasing more supplies from your company. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with you. Your business is one of a kind these days. Thank you once again. Please send me an email once you recieve this message.

"Ms. Lauree:

The "Student" Wallace pipe set is utterly beautiful. Last night I had our pipe tutor come look at them, and play them -- and he (Stuart Fraizer - do you think he's a Scot?) said they were not only beautiful, but the internal cutting and finishing was the best he has ever seen. Thank you thank you. One aspect of these pipes which is well worth mentioning is the oversized opening of the chanter stock. This allows for much easier inserting and removing the chanter with reed -- with smaller openings, now and then it's possible to break the wing of a reed. I cannot express my joy -- and my 12 year old's joy -- with these beautiful pipes.

"Lauree:

I'm emailing you again just to tell you how much my 12 year old son loves these pipes. I even love playing them. Right now we have them in a 'goose' configuration and he is starting to play along with me. He is using one of my 'blown in' reeds and I'm working in the one you sent -- which by the way is turning into a fine reed. I confided in Alexander (son) that had I not bought my set of A6 McCallums from our Crime Scene Supervisor's brother, a fireman in PA, I would have purchased Wallace students too.

Thanks again Lauree. By the way, what type (manufacture) of reed is that? I'm accustomed to using Higgins easy reeds. The Higgins blow-in more easily, but yours appears to be made more durable.

Thanks again-

Bill

"Just received the reeds I ordered from you.  They have made all the difference in the world for this beginner.  THANKS VERY MUCH for the insight and testing the reeds.  Outstanding and I will definitely be back to order from you again.  Many Thanks."
